⁉️General Questions

❓ What type of housing do you provide?

 ✔️ We offer shared and private rooms in a structured, independent living environment.

❓ Who qualifies for housing at Future Hope Solutions?

✔️ Anyone with verifiable income seeking stable shared housing.

❓ Who can apply for housing?

✔️ Any individual with verifiable income who agrees to our house rules and passes a background check.

❓ Do you accept individuals coming from shelters, hospitals, or transitional programs?

✔️ Yes! We work with social workers, case managers, and discharge planners to place individuals.

❓ How long can a client stay?

✔️ Our housing is designed for long-term stays, but clients may leave whenever they choose with proper notice.

📃Application & Move-In Process

❓ What documents are required for application?

✔️ Clients must provide:

-A valid photo ID

-Proof of income (pay stubs, benefits letter, etc.)

-Background check fee ($15)

What if my client has no income?

At this time, all clients must have verifiable income from employment or benefits.

❓ How long does the approval process take?

✔️ Once the application and documents are submitted, approval takes 24-48 hours.

❓ How soon can a client move in?

📅 Once the application is approved and fees are paid, move-in can happen within days!

❓ Is there a deposit?

✔️ No security deposit is required, but there is a one-time, non-refundable housing and cleaning fee due at move-in.

❓ Can a client move in the same day they apply?

✔️ If all requirements are met and space is available, same-day move-ins may be possible.

❓ Is there a credit check?

❌ No, we only require a $10 background check.

🛏️Housing & Living Arrangements

❓ Are the rooms furnished?

✔️ Yes, all rooms come fully furnished with a bed, dresser or closet storage, and basic bedding.

❓ Is food provided?

❌ No, clients are responsible for their own meals, but shared kitchen access is provided.

❓ Can clients have visitors?

✔️ Yes, but visitation hours and guest policies apply to ensure a safe environment for all residents.

❓ Is there a curfew?

✔️ No curfew, but all residents must respect quiet hours and house rules.

❓ Are pets allowed?

❌ No, we do not allow pets at this time.

❓ Are there any restrictions on who can apply?

✔️ We do not discriminate, but clients must be able to live independently and follow community guidelines.

💵Payments & Rent

❓ How much does rent cost?

💰 Prices vary by location and room type:

-Shared Rooms: Starting at $600/month

-Private Rooms: Starting at $850/month

❓ What payment methods do you accept?

✔️ We accept Zelle and online payments (a link will be created and provided to each client). No cash or money orders accepted

❓ What is included in the rent?

💡 Rent covers utilities, Wi-Fi, furniture, and access to shared amenities.

❓ When is rent due?

✔️ Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Late fees apply after a grace period.

❓ Are there any hidden fees?

❌ No hidden fees! Everything is clearly outlined before move-in.

🏡Policies & House Rules

❓ Is smoking allowed?

✔️ No smoking inside, but designated outdoor areas may be available.

❓ Is the housing drug- and alcohol-free?

✔️ Yes, we maintain a strict drug- and alcohol-free policy.

❓ What happens if a client violates house rules?

✔️ Violations may result in warnings, fines, or eviction, depending on severity.

❓ Is staff available on-site?

✔️ We have property managers and support staff available for assistance.
