Yes we do require are security deposit which is $150. It is refundable minus any repairs or items not returned. 

We personally don’t provide any services but lights, gas, water, internet, house phone, and basic housing supplies are included. The property is fully furnished and there is a washer and dryer on-site.

Our agreement with clients is month to month continuously, unless: 

  • we receive a Notice to Vacate from a client
  • a client receives a Notice Of Non-Renewal, or
  • the client receives a Notice to Vacate from Homes 2 Assist LLC. 

Yes and no. Southwest Neighborhood Solutions LLC will prorate the room fee if a client moves into the property after the 15th of the month. 

Each bed is $665 a month. You will be occupying a shared room with one other person.

An application must be submitted along with a copy of your ID and copy verifiable income. You will also need to have a background check, which is $30. Someone will call you to ask you some questions. Before move-in, you will receive documents in your email for you to digitally sign. A link will be created for you to submit your move-in fee. Then you will receive your housing folder and the key codes.

Yes, occupants can bring their own cars but there is a bus line nearby.

Yes, there are plenty of stores, restaurants, gas stations, etc. located in the area.

Yes there are restrictions. No guests are to spend the night. Guess should not be in the home more than 2 days in a week. Guests should not also stay more than 5 hours in a day.

It is required that individuals residing in SWNS properties to manage their personal hygiene and clean up behind themselves. 

If individuals are unable to manage these on their own, a third-party servicer or care giver must be assigned to them. 

As stated, Southwest Neighborhood Solutions LLC are housing providers only and do not provide any care services. We can provide you with phone numbers is needed.

SWNS has House Rules posted in common areas in each property and in the Privacy, Rules and Procedures, Client Agreement, and in the Signature of Understanding that everyone must sign. We ask that you read over them because we do not give warnings. There are many people looking for housing to deal with rule breakers. You will receive a Notice to Vacate the Premises and be asked to leave the premises.
