Housing Program Details

Homes 2 Assist LLC is a shared housing and property management company that focuses on providing affordable rooms for members of our program to occupy.

Our homes are well-furnished and organized, providing a comfortable and welcoming environment. The bedrooms are equipped with comfortable beds and bedding, as well as ample storage for personal belongings. Each room is decorated with a warm and inviting color scheme, making it feel like a true home. Each home is unique and provides various aspects for relaxation. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and cookware, and the laundry room is on-site at the homes with unlimited 24/7 access for convenience.

Everyone is responsible for keeping the houses clean and well-maintained. In addition, each house is well-secured with cameras in the front and back of the property and as well as the common areas and other safety measures to ensure the safety and security of each member with a smart keypad door lock for the front door and all bedrooms. Overall, the properties provide a warm and inviting space that feels like a true home, providing a sense of stability and security for everyone.

In order to keep our properties affordable, we provide private rooms in a shared home environment.

Everything in the property is well maintained. The company has taken the time out to make the property comfortable, safe and highly functional for a shared housing environment.

Homes 2 Assist LLC does not run credit checks or require clients to make 3 times the rental amount but all individuals must have verifiable income and must have rental insurance before move in date. We require background checks and the client is responsible for paying the $10 fee.

Here are a few things members need to know.

We are an affordable living company. Clients occupy beds in shared rooms but must have verifiable income. Clients cannot view a property without some info being collected from them, usually the application or inquiry form. Also, every client is responsible for cleaning up behind themselves, following the rules, and respecting everyone

We provide: cleaning supplies, hand soap, cookware, and bed furnishings.

We do not provide the following: Food, Rags, Towels, Clothes, Body soap, Shampoo, Conditioner, Washing powder, Tooth paste, Tooth brush, Deodorant, Etc. There are resources available that can help with some of these items. Will also need a padlock for the bedroom closet (if in a shared room).

Here is Homes 2 Assist LLC Client Process

We will speak with them and see if they qualify for the property
Then they must send in their application (must submit ID and copy of verifiable income)
Next, we will send them a link for the payment for the background check. With the background check, we need to be aware of who we are trusting to move into our properties.
Once we receive that info, we will contact them with our decision.
