Before You Begin

Please note the following requirements:

👉You must be 18 years or older.

👉You must have verifiable income (employment, benefits, or other legal sources).

👉A $15 background check is required (we do not run credit checks).

👉You must agree to follow our house rules, including maintaining a drug- and alcohol-free environment.

👉You are responsible for your own food and personal care items.

Room Rates

👉Shared Rooms: Starting at $600/month

👉Private Rooms: Starting at $850/month (One-time, non-refundable housing and cleaning fee applies at move-in)

👉We will review your inquiry within 1–2 business days.

👉If space is available and you meet our requirements, we will contact you for a brief phone interview.

👉You will receive instructions for completing your application, background check, and payment of the one-time fee.

Upon approval, we will schedule your move-in and orientation.
