At Future Hope Solutions (FHS), we partner with Referral Partners—including social workers, discharge planners, case workers, and program directors—to provide stable and well-managed shared living environments for individuals in need of housing.
How to Refer a Client
Initial Inquiry:
Referral Partners can contact FHS via phone, email, or our online inquiry form to discuss client housing needs and availability.
Client Eligibility Review:
Clients must have verifiable income.
A $15 background check is required (FHS does not run credit checks).
Clients must agree to abide by house rules and maintain a drug- and alcohol-free environment.
Application Submission:
Complete the FHS housing application with client details.
Submit required documents, including proof of income and identification.
Approval & Housing Placement:
Once approved, clients pay a one-time, non-refundable housing placement fee.
Clients are assigned to an available private or shared room based on their needs and preferences.
Move-In & Orientation:
Clients receive a move-in date and attend an orientation covering house rules, amenities, and expectations.
Assistance with transition planning can be coordinated with Referral Partners as needed.
