Future Hope Solutions LLC is a shared housing and property management company dedicated to providing safe, affordable rooms for individuals in need—while helping property owners maintain and maximize the value of their investments.
We work hand-in-hand with landlords to turn underused or vacant properties into fully occupied, well-managed shared living environments that benefit both the community and the owner.
Step 1: Initiate Inquiry

👉If referred, your case manager will provide program details to us.

Step 3: Assessment & Availability Check
👉Our team reviews your info within 24–48 hours.
👉We confirm if a suitable property is available.
Step 4: Property Viewing
Schedule an in-person or virtual tour. If you like what you see move on to Step 5.
👉Please, do not move on to the next step without going through steps 1-4.
👉Contact the office if an appointment has not been scheduled.
Step 5: Application Submission
👉Complete our Rental Application.
👉Pay $15 background check fee due
👉$250 housing placement fee (due if approved).
A link will be sent to you for the application.
Step 6: Screening & Approval
👉Background check completed.
👉Approval or denial communicated via phone/email.
Step 7: Lease Signing
Review and sign your Lease Agreement.
Step 8: Move-In Day
👉Arrive at your scheduled time.
👉Receive Welcome Packet.
Includes- house rules, emergency contacts, key codes, and maintenance request instructions.
😃You're all-set to move-in.
Step 9: Ongoing Housing Support 🚫
Property management ensures safe and well-maintained housing.
No supportive services are provided — coordination is through your case manager/referral partner.
Step 10: Transition & Move-Out
We assist with a smooth housing transition when it’s time to move on.
Just fill out the letter in your folder and contact the office for support.
