Future Hope Solutions LLC offers fully furnished shared and private rooms to adults needing affordable housing. All properties are drug- and alcohol-free. Our top priority is to provide a safe and comfortable environment for clients to live in while they recover or transition to a new location. Keeping our prices affordable is a priority so clients can focus on the things that matter. We strive to maintain a stress-free environment, free from traumatic situations, drama, and negativity.

Who We Serve

We welcome:

👉Adults 18 years or older

👉Individuals with verifiable income (employment, benefits, or other legal sources)

👉Clients referred by social workers, case managers, discharge planners, and program directors

👉Those committed to living in a drug- and alcohol-free environment

Note: Men and women will not share the same room. Each room, closet, and kitchen cabinet is lockable with an individual key. Front doors and rooms have unique key codes for each resident. Common areas are equipped with cameras for safety.

👉Private and shared rooms (shared rooms with only one other person)

👉All utilities: lights, gas, water, trash pickup

👉High-speed Wi-Fi and streaming services

👉Fully furnished rooms

👉Shared kitchens, communal living spaces, and laundry facilities

👉Basic cookware and bed furnishings

👉Some or limited amounts of housing supplies

What’s Not Included

🚫Food and personal care items

🚫Medical or nursing care services

🚫Personal hygiene products (towels, soap, shampoo, etc.)

🚫Transportation services

Community resources may be available to help with personal item needs. Shared room residents will need a padlock for their closet.

Program Rules & Expectations

🏡Respect all house rules (provided at move-in)

🏡Maintain your personal living space in a clean and sanitary condition

🏡Follow quiet hours and respect fellow residents

🏡No drugs, alcohol, or disruptive behavior

🏡Timely payment of all fees and rent

We are not a shelter. If payment is not made, clients will be removed from the premises. Full payment is required before move-in. No property viewings without submitting an inquiry form or application.
